As a little girl I used to sit under the kitchen table, and half-heartedly crocheting a mouse tail. In school my knitting needles bent in my sweaty hands as I attempted making a pot holder - one that kept getting slimmer and slimmer at the end, and felt as hard as metal. Despite all this I wound up studying arts and crafts, and became a professional knitter, graduating from the Frederika Wetterhof Institute of Home Economics (nowadays part of the Häme University of Applied Sciences). I'm still happily working with my hands, making things from yarn and fabric.

I usually sell my products at various craft fairs and events. I will also ship out orders, with shipping costs added to the end total. There is a 14 day return policy.

Self-made

I design, make the patterns, and knit my products in my home-workshop in Hollola. I create various accessories, such as hats, scarves, wristlets, and leg warmers; as well as other knitwear. Each product is completed by hand with a small knitting machine. The products are usually made as either part of a small series, or as individual made-to-order items. All of my products are form-fit knitted.

High-quality materials

I use high quality natural materials, such as wool and linen. Harmonious, delicious combinations of colours and graphic patterns inspire me, and are often where I begin the design process. I like strong and powerful colours, and I find working with them both interesting and rewarding.

Tailored to the customer

The end product needs to be a long lasting and well finished example of knitwear. It is also possible for me to create a product according to the client's wishes, designs, and measurements.
